CreatorDB is an influencer marketing software platform and agency that leverages big data analytics and AI to help brands run highly efficient and cost-effective marketing campaigns with social media creators. 【Overview】

CreatorDB is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Accounting
 to lead our finance operations. This role will play a critical part in transitioning our startup's manual accounting processes to a modern accounting system (such as QuickBooks) while developing strong financial operations and internal controls to support the company's growth.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Lead and manage the finance and accounting team (2 members)
• Taiwan and American entities that needs to be managed
• Oversee the transition from manual or startup accounting tools to a modern system (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and reporting
• Liaise with external tax consultants and auditors to ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and cash flow management processes
• Provide financial insights and reports to assist leadership decision-making
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and cross-functional projects
• Monitor costs and profitability to improve financial efficiency and transparency

【Requirements】

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with startup, SaaS, or cross countries company background
• Hands-on experience implementing or transitioning to modern accounting systems; QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Experience in audit, CPA firm (Big 4 is a plus)
• Familiarity with Taiwan tax regulations and IFRS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets qualification and knowledge about databases
• A self-starter with adaptability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• A CPA is a plus

• 同時管理台灣與美國實體帳務
• 主導會計系統從人工或初階工具轉換至現代化系統(如 QuickBooks)
• 確保月結、季結與年結報表的準時與準確
• 與外部稅務顧問與查帳會計師合作,確保符合法規與稅務要求
• 建立與執行財務政策、內控制度與現金流管理流程
• 提供財務分析與報表,協助公司管理層做決策
• 支援預算規劃、預測與跨部門專案執行
• 監控成本與獲利表現,提升財務透明度與效率

【職務條件】

• 會計、財務或相關科系大學以上學歷
• 至少5年以上財務相關經驗,具新創、SaaS 或跨國公司背景者佳
• 曾實際導入或轉換至現代化會計系統經驗,具 QuickBooks 使用經驗尤佳
• 具備審計或會計師事務所工作經驗;曾任職於四大會計師事務所者尤佳
• 熟悉台灣稅務法規與 IFRS 國際會計準則
• 具備良好的中英文溝通與書寫能力
• 具備優秀的分析與問題解決能力
• 精通 Excel 或 Google Sheets,並具備資料庫相關知識
• 主動積極,能適應快速變動的新創工作環境
