【職位說明】

將負責多家子公司的合併報表流程,需依據法定規範處理完整的財務會計事項,並確保財務報表與管理報告的準時性與準確性。

【主要職責】

需與外部委外廠商密切合作,執行以下任務:

  • 與海外財務團隊協作,確保每月帳務準時提交。
  • 主導並負責子集團層級的合併報表流程。
  • 發掘並提出提升合併流程效率與效能的機會。
  • 處理財務規劃、分析與報告的各項工作(包含稅務),並提供策略性洞察與建議。
  • 審核台灣實體在內部BPM系統上的費用付款與營運相關活動。
  • 執行集團層級或部門指派的臨時專案任務。

【我們希望你具備以下條件】

  • 3至5年合併報表與財務報告經驗。
  • 熟悉全套帳務處理。
  • 會計相關學士學位/具備會計師資格(CPA)。
  • 熟悉IFRS與GAAP等會計準則與規範。
  • 具備獨立作業能力,亦能與內外部利害關係人良好合作。
  • 語言能力:中等英文(具備書寫與閱讀能力)、流利中文。
