Position Summary|職位概要

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team in Taiwan. This role is responsible for handling daily accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and supporting management with accurate financial information. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Taiwan's accounting standards and tax regulations, as well as excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities | 工作職責

• Maintain and update accounting records, general ledger, and supporting documents

維護與更新會計紀錄、總分類帳及相關憑證

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

編製每月、每季及年度財務報表

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

處理應付帳款與應收帳款

• Manage payroll calculation and related filings

負責薪資計算及相關申報

• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with Taiwan tax laws (VAT, corporate income tax, etc.)

依台灣稅法準備並申報稅務(營業稅、營利事業所得稅等)

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

協助預算編製、預測與差異分析

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government agencies

與外部審計、稅務代理人及政府機關溝通

• Support other finance and administrative tasks as assigned

協助其他財務與行政相關工作

Qualifications |任職資格

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

會計、財務或相關科系大學學歷

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in Taiwan's accounting environment preferred

至少 2 年相關會計工作經驗;有台灣會計作業經驗者優先

• Familiarity with Taiwan accounting standards and tax regulations

熟悉台灣會計準則與稅務法規

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or local ERP systems) and Microsoft Office

熟悉會計軟體(如 QuickBooks、SAP 或本地 ERP 系統)及 Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

注重細節、精確性與保密性

• Good communication skills in Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus

具備良好的中文溝通能力;英文能力佳者加分

• Remote-based with occasional travel to gym sites for group meetings and town halls
