We're Hiring — Accounting Specialist / Accountant

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general accounting operations and daily/month-end closing tasks.
  • Process vendor payments and manage accounts payable activities.
  • Prepare accounting reports, statements, and related financial documentation.
  • Manage tax compliance, including income reconciliation statements, business tax (Form 401), corporate income tax, and withholding declarations.
  • Assist auditors by preparing and organizing necessary audit documents.
  • Maintain and file accounting records, ledgers, and vouchers systematically.Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting or a related role.
  • Good understanding of local tax laws and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
