We are seeking a Business Development Specialist / Senior Specialist to join Acer's AI Business Unit (AI BU). This is an opportunity to help shape the growth of one of Acer's most innovative divisions, focusing on AI servers, hardware, and solutions.
You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities across the APAC region, supporting tenders and sales initiatives, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to Acer's AI ecosystem expansion.
Key Responsibilities
•Support sales team with tenders, RFQs, proposals, and client requests.
•Prepare business documentation, proposals, and sales presentations.
•Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
•Pursue new business opportunities in AI hardware and AI solutions.
•Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal structuring.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, legal) to ensure feasibility.
•Represent Acer at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
•Track, analyze, and report on pipeline progress and business development KPIs.

Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
•3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
•Proven record of winning new business or managing key accounts.
•Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in both Mandarin (fluent or native) and English (oral and written). Fluency in other regional language(s) preferable.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Strategic thinker with ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
•Strong interest in AI and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
•Proactive mindset, open to stepping out of the comfort zone to explore new opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
•Industry experience in AI, IT hardware, consumer electronics, or FMCG.
•Familiarity with hardware + solution business models or AI ecosystem development.
•International network and channel resources.
•Experience working in a startup team or new business unit within a large enterprise, with strong adaptability to ambiguity.
•Fluency in other regional language(s).
