工作職責

  • 透過 Cold Calling、電子郵件及 LinkedIn 主動開發潛在客戶。
  • 建立並管理跨產業的潛在客戶名單與銷售管道。
  • 向客戶關鍵決策人展示並提供人才解決方案,建立信任與專業形象。
  • 與內部顧問緊密合作,確保客戶需求與合適候選人精準匹配。
  • 在 CRM 系統中維護完整記錄,並確保業務活動及時回報。
  • 主導從潛在機會到成交的流程,必要時可獲得主管支援。

任職條件

經驗要求

  • 2 年以上 B2B solution sales 經驗者佳。
  • 具備社群媒體或行銷經驗者尤佳。
  • 曾成功進行外部開發與客戶互動,並具備可量化成果。

技能要求

  • Cold Calling 與業務簡報能力。
  • Outbound emailing 與潛在客戶開發能力。
  • 熟悉各大招募平台職缺搜尋(LinkedIn、104、Cake 等)與潛在機會挖掘。
  • 熟練操作 CRM 系統(如 Notion)。
  • 能快速上手並執行內部 SOP。

Business Development Specialist(New Client Acquisition)

About the Role

We are seeking a
Business Development Specialist (New Client Acquisition)
to focus on market expansion, provide clients with diversified solutions in the human resources field, and drive new business opportunities for the team. You will be responsible for proactively developing new clients and, ideally, helping close deals independently or with managerial support when needed.

This role gives you the opportunity to engage with multiple industries and professional talent networks, offering strategic talent solutions to clients. Internally, you will collaborate with our consultant team to address critical hiring challenges across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Build and manage client lists and pipelines across industries.
  • Present and deliver talent solutions to client decision-makers, building trust and credibility.
  • Collaborate closely with internal consultants to ensure client needs are matched with the right candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely reporting of business activities.
  • Identify opportunities within potential accounts and drive new client acquisition, with managerial support when required.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of B2B solution sales preferred.
  • Experience in social media or marketing is a plus.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and client engagement.

Skills

  • Cold calling & pitching.
  • Outbound emailing & client prospecting.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms for job search and lead generation (LinkedIn, 104, Cake, etc.).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Notion).
  • Ability to quickly adapt to internal SOPs.
