Overview:

We are looking for a driven and skilled KOL Business Development Specialist to join our energetic team at OSL. In this position, you will focus on establishing and maintaining relationships with KOLs in the cryptocurrency space to boost trading activity and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish connections with Chinese-speaking KOLs, influencers, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote OSL in the local market, driving user growth and increasing trading volume.
  • Act as a representative of OSL to maintain strong relationships with KOLs and marketing channels, ensuring long-term collaborations.
  • Oversee the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategies, monitor and analyze the outcomes of channel partnerships, and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay updated on local industry trends and competitor activities, and develop corresponding strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with a deep understanding of affiliate marketing within the industry.
  • Strong KOLs's connection in Web3/Crypto/Blockchain industry
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate strong execution capabilities.
  • Prior experience in Global KOL business development is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a must for this role.
