Product Specialist Hygiene and Dental Care (m/w/d) Taiwan and Hong Kong
Your Responsibilities
- responsible for developing our hygiene and dental care business in Taiwan and Hong Kong, with a strong focus on sales growth
- identify and prioritize market needs, explore and establish new business opportunities, and monitor competitive activity
- organize regular training sessions to ensure partners and end users are equipped with up-to-date product knowledge
- initiate, prepare, and implement educational initiatives (e.g. on-site visits, CME lectures, seminars, trade fairs, congresses, KOL meetings) while ensuring timely lead generation and follow-up
- build and maintain positive, close working relationships with channel partners and local dental professionals (in both private and public sectors)
- support channel partners in their sales and marketing efforts, including customer visits and business development activities
- maintain close contact and exchange ideas with our Hygiene Competence Centre and the Business Unit – Hygiene at Headquarters
- report to the local Area Sales Manager
Requirements
- experience in sales and establishing professional relationships in the dental industry, or practical experience in dental clinics/hospitals (e.g., as a nurse)
- strong ability to identify new business opportunities, grow sales, and increase market share
- sales experience is preferred
- ability to work independently
- willingness to travel, including internationally
- valid driver's license
- fluency in English; native-level proficiency in Taiwanese or Cantonese
- based in Taiwan or Hong Kong
