Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist who will be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing support and assistance related to our products and services. You will address customer queries, resolve issues, and facilitate communications between customers and other departments.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the healthcare or dental sector.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, provide informative answers, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Reliability and professionalism in all interactions.

  • A passion for helping others and the ability to work effectively in a team.
