The Opportunity

We are hiring a
strategic, consultative Business Development Manager
to drive our global expansion.

In this role, you will:

Work with
Taiwan-based enterprises

Help them
enter overseas markets (especially the U.S.)

Provide
AI-powered BPO & digital transformation solutions

Bridge
client needs with Malaysia/Philippines operation centers

Build scalable
international business models

This is
not traditional sales
— it is a
high-impact, strategy-focused BD role.

Key Responsibilities

1|Prospect target accounts & identify business needs

2|Conduct consultative meetings and pain-point discovery

3|Present solutions & develop tailored proposals

4|Lead quotation and contract negotiations

5|Collaborate with Malaysia/Philippines & HQ product teams to launch projects

6|Analyze market trends & execute sales plans (monthly/quarterly/annual)

7|Act as Trusted Advisor to drive renewals & upsell

8|Work cross-border across TW / SG / MY / PH to align strategy & share insights

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher (Business/Marketing/IT preferred)

4+ yrs B2B sales or channel development

Background in SaaS / BPO / AI / E-commerce / IT services (strong plus)

Strong English – can present & negotiate with international clients

Experience in
solution / consultative selling
(not just product pitching)

Able to manage complex deals & contract cycles

Proactive, analytical, self-driven, high ownership

Willing to travel (TW / SEA / U.S.)
