Role purpose
We are currently hiring a full-time Finance Accountant to join our Taipei Finance team. This role focuses primarily on accounts payable (AP) and cross-functional support — perfect for someone just starting out, or someone with experience who's looking to deepen their practical skills in a global, tech-integrated company.

Key Accountabilities
Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Assisting with tax filing and communication with the National Tax Bureau

  • Coordinating with internal departments to resolve expense or invoice issues
  • Supporting month-end closings and account reconciliations
  • Organising financial documents and assisting with daily operations
  • Working with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Concur, Ariba) and automation tools

Depending on your experience and development, you may also grow into:

  • Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) responsibilities
  • Supporting financial reports, tax compliance, treasury tasks, and audit prep
  • Participating in local initiatives for finance process improvements and digitisation
  • Perform other accounting duties and supporting other staffs as required or assigned.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and pivot tables is a plus)

  • Attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating clearly
  • English reading and writing skills (for email and system use)
  • Experience with Oracle, Concur, Ariba, or similar systems is a plus
