Introduction:

As a member of the Finance Department, you will assist with daily financial operations, learn accounting processes, and support administrative duties. Ideal for students or new graduates who are interested in the field of finance and accounting, are attentive, and responsible.

In this Role, you'll get to:

* Assist in organizing paper vouchers, invoices and other financial related documents

* Assist in the preliminary sorting and filing of accounting information

* Assist in verifying receipts and payments vouchers and invoice information

* Support the preparation of monthly closing, annual reports and other accounting processes

* Assist supervisor in handling general financial and administrative matters

* Other matters assigned by the supervisor

What you'll Need to Succeed:

* Students/fresh graduates in business, accounting, finance or related fields

* Familiar with basic Excel operations and good data processing skills

* Careful and responsible, sensitive to numbers, and have good logical thinking

* Able to organize paper materials and perform repetitive tasks

* Accounting related course background or internship experience is a plus
