What you'll do

  • Manage the daily GUI invoice related operational process and deliver the invoice to customer with E-mail timely.
  • Complete account reconciliation on assigned accounts in one stream timely Complete monthly closing and reporting processes efficiently with high quality
  • Connect with other functional team on VAT-input invoices collection and reconciliation to make sure timely tax claim
  • Ensure Invoice and voucher filing done properly and meet the TW local government requirement
  • Support the annual CIT filing and monthly S2V reconciliation
  • Coordinate with DHR team in issuing the bank Guarantee process
  • Support Danaher Sox testing, internal audit and external audit, own the timely closure of the open items/defects and proactively work to prevent future issues/manage risk
  • Support TW controller to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the work performed by the COE Other adhoc projects to drive overall process simplification
  • Support Danaher annual balance sheet review for 2 legal entities

Who you are

  • Professional qualification preferred University degree in finance or accounting; Familiar with Taiwan E-invoice system and process with at least 2 years' experience in accounting, finance position, worked in an international business
  • Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English for both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner Demonstrated ability to liaise with business leaders and colleagues at all levels in cross-functional environment Proficient with Oracle and BI tools
