Your Core Mission

As the top leader of the company, you will have full responsibility for our strategic direction, operational management, financial performance, and sustainable development, ensuring our continued leadership and growth in a competitive market.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop mid-to-long term strategies, leverage industry trends (high-frequency/HDI/rigid-flex/automotive electronics), and lead technology roadmaps
  • Business Performance: Own P&L accountability (sales/margins/cash flow/ROI), approve major investments, and present KPI reports to the board
  • Operations & Quality: Supervise end-to-end production systems, implement IATF 16949/ISO 9001 standards, and achieve industry-leading yield/on-time delivery
  • Stakeholder Management: Represent company in key client/supplier/government engagements to build strategic partnerships

Your operational headquarters will be based in Wenzhou, Zhejiang — a vibrant manufacturing hub full of commercial opportunities.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 15+ years of experience in the PCB industry, with at least 8 years in a full P&L leadership role (as GM/CEO) at a large-scale PCB enterprise.
  • Deep expertise in the entire PCB manufacturing process and a profound understanding of emerging technologies.
  • A proven track record with key accounts and successful market development in sectors like communications, automotive, and consumer electronics.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Material Science, Business Management, or related fields. An MBA/EMBA is a strong plus.
  • Professional background and cultural understanding of Taiwan region or Japan, with excellent cross-cultural management skills.
