Job Description

  1. Assist overseas subsidiaries in:

a. Significant tax matters, in perspectives of direct tax, indirect tax and transfer pricing.

b. Accounting treatment for various transactions.

c. Monthly financial closing reports reviews.

d. Review of annual tax return and annual audit report.

  1. Evaluate tax risks and transaction flow for different projects as well as assist in the implementation of new processes.

  2. Collect and analyze international tax regulations updates and trends. Apply changes into company transactions and propose improvement plans.

  3. Conduct tax studies for cross-border investments and transactions.

  4. 協助各海外子公司:

a. 重大稅務事項討論及處理。

b. 評估帳務處理方式。

c. 每月結帳報表及財稅報覆核。

  1. 海外各項專案或新交易之稅務風險及流程評估,並協助導入。

  2. 國際稅務法規趨勢與發展蒐集及研析,與其公司交易應用以及提出改善規劃。

  3. 跨國投資與交易之各項稅賦研究與規劃。

Requirements

  1. 5+ years experience in accounting or tax.

  2. Ability to manage multiple projects and complete work independently.

*Salary is evaluated based on academic background and years of related work experience.

  2. 能處理多項專案及獨立作業。
