【職位說明】

會計專員負責日常報銷流程審核、每月結帳程序、稅務申報與規劃,並向管理層提供高品質的財務報表與經營洞察。此職位需識別內部流程優化機會、簡化財務作業流程,並確保財務數據的準確性與完整性。此角色亦需與各部門合作,討論適當的會計科目分類、稅務處理方式,並確保遵守相關會計準則與法規。

【主要工作內容】

會計與稅務職能

  • 處理與觀光業務相關的會計事項,能判斷應認列的會計科目及其稅務影響。
  • 按時且準確地完成月結作業,包含付款與存款的銀行對帳。
  • 應收/應付帳款與零用金管理。
  • 審核採購與供應商報銷申請表,並製作相關會計與管理報表。
  • 與稅務機關、會計師或政府單位溝通並提供查核所需資料。
  • 依據法規準時申報扣繳稅、營所稅及營業稅。
  • 提供臨時支援與解決方案,以符合業務發展、規劃與報表需求。
  • 主管交辦其他事項。

【我們正在尋找這樣的你】

  • 會計或相關專業科系之學士或碩士學歷。
  • 具備 4 年以上會計師事務所或企業內部會計工作經驗。
  • 具創意思維,願意提出改善會計流程的建議,不論是人工或資訊系統優化方式。
  • 良好的溝通能力,並積極學習會計與稅務知識。
  • 做事耐心細心、負責任。
