Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

  • Assist clients with company incorporation in Taiwan (e.g., Limited Company, Branch, Representative Office), liaising with the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) and other authorities.
  • 協助客戶完成台灣公司設立(如有限公司、分公司、代表處),與經濟部及相關主管機關溝通。
  • Maintain statutory records, prepare governance documents, ensure timely annual filings with MOEA and tax authorities.
  • 維護公司法定文件,準備董事會/股東會文件,確保向經濟部與稅務機關的年報及申報按時完成。
  • Coordinate tax registration (Unified Business Number), VAT filings, and liaise with local accountants.
  • 協調統一編號登記、營業稅申報,並與本地會計師合作處理稅務合規。
  • Support visa and work permit applications for investors, staff, and dependents.
  • 協助處理投資人簽證、工作證與家屬簽證申請流程。
  • Liaise with ministries, municipalities, and relevant government agencies on behalf of clients.
  • 代表客戶與各部會、地方政府單位進行溝通。
  • Build and manage a network of notaries, accountants, law firms, and other service providers.
  • 建立並管理與會計師、律師事務所、公證人及其他服務供應商的合作網絡。

Requirements / 任職條件

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Accounting, or related field.
  • 商業、法律、會計或相關科系學士學位。
  • Native Mandarin Chinese – legal/government communication level.
  • 中文母語或專業水準 – 能處理法律與政府公文往來。
  • Professional Business English – for client & HQ communication.
  • 專業商務英文能力 – 能與國際客戶及總部流暢溝通。
  • 3–5+ years in corporate services, legal admin, accounting/tax, immigration, or government liaison.
  • 3–5 年以上企業服務、法律行政、會計/稅務、移民服務或政府事務相關經驗。
  • Knowledge of Taiwanese corporate regulations and processes.
  • 熟悉台灣公司法規及相關行政流程。
