1.集團各SBUs輔導、監督、稽核

2.促進目標管理及日常管理系統之精進,專案及上級交辦事項推動

3.協助集團各SBUs的輔導、監督、稽核工作,主要在協助各SBUs各項作業是否符合公司內部規章之規定,提高管理績效

4.檢查、評估內部管理制度之缺失及衡量運作的效果及效率,適時提供改進建議,確認其可靠度或落實狀況,確認或提供符合要求規定或標準;尋求改善的機會,並納入追蹤矯正。

1. Guidance, supervision, and auditing of the group's various SBUs.
2. Promoting MBO (Management by Objectives) and daily management systems, as well as the implementation of projects and tasks assigned by supervisors.
3. Assisting with the guidance, supervision, and auditing of the group's various SBUs. This primarily involves helping each SBU ensure their operations comply with internal company regulations to improve management performance.
4. Inspecting and evaluating deficiencies in internal management systems and measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations. This also involves providing timely recommendations for improvement, confirming their reliability and implementation status, ensuring compliance with required regulations or standards, and seeking opportunities for improvement to be included in follow-up and corrective actions.

Requirements

1. 具5年以上 上市櫃公司經營管理或幕僚工作經驗。

2. 具海外專案稽核經驗者尤佳。

3. 5+ years of experience in management or a corporate staff role within a publicly traded company.

4. Experience with auditing overseas projects.
