主要職責:

  1. 業務策略與營收目標:制定並執行年度/季度銷售計畫,確保達成公司營收與獲利目標。
  2. 分析市場趨勢與競爭態勢,提出成長策略與行動方案。
  3. 客戶關係管理:維護並拓展關鍵客戶關係,確保長期合作與業務成長。
  4. 定期拜訪客戶,掌握需求,提供解決方案。
  5. 團隊領導與發展:帶領並管理業務團隊,包含目標設定、績效管理與人才培育。
  6. 指導業務團隊提升談判、簡報、解決方案銷售能力。
  7. 跨部門合作:與行銷、產品、供應鏈、財務等部門協作,確保專案及客戶需求順利執行。
  8. 協調內部資源,支援大型專案投標或客戶專案交付。
  9. 數據與報告:定期提供銷售報告、預測與分析,支持高階管理層決策。
  10. 追蹤銷售 KPI,持續優化流程與效率。

需求條件:

  1. 8–12 年以上 JDM/ODM B2B 客戶管理經驗,至少 3–5 年管理經驗。
  2. 具備強大的談判技巧與客戶關係經營能力。
  3. 熟悉所在產業市場生態與商業模式。
  4. 優秀的領導力、跨部門溝通與專案管理能力。
  5. 中英文流利,能與國際客戶及內部團隊有效溝通。
