職務目的

以品牌為核心,打造「第二個家」的玩家體驗,整合線上與線下行銷,提升新客導入、會員留存與營收成效。

主要職責

一、行銷策略與規劃

擬定並執行年度/季度整體行銷計畫,吸引新玩家並維繫既有玩家。

設計符合品牌定位的季節性活動、推廣與促銷方案。

追蹤市場趨勢與競品,提出對應策略。

二、品牌與社群經營

建立具辨識度且貼近玩家的品牌形象與語調。

經營玩家社群,強化「第二個家」的情感連結。

規劃會員制度、忠誠度計畫與 VIP 分級,提升黏著度與回訪率。

三、活動行銷與推廣

規劃並推廣協會賽事活動,及遊戲巡迴賽之聯名賽事。

執行活動宣傳:前期預熱、線上報名、現場動線與佈置、視覺物料與話術。

四、數位行銷與社群媒體

維運 Instagram/Facebook/LINE 等平台,產製高互動內容。

以 Google Ads/Meta Ads 等投放活動導流到線下。

五、異業合作與 KOL 行銷

與撲克 KOL、直播主、品牌大使合作,擴大聲量與口碑。

洽談飲料/餐飲/服飾等異業合作,規劃聯名與促銷專案。

六、玩家洞察與 CRM

分析玩家行為與偏好,蒐集回饋迭代行銷策略。

經營會員資料庫,分眾溝通(簡訊、LINE 推播)。

規劃滿意度調查,持續優化場館體驗。

七、團隊協作與跨部門溝通

指導並管理行銷團隊(如平面設計、影片剪輯)。

與賽事總監、店長及營運單位協作,確保活動與行銷落地。

八、預算控管與成效追蹤

管理年度/月度行銷預算與採購。

追蹤 ROI/ROAS 與活動指標,定期檢討並調整資源配置。
