我們正在尋找一位 「社群與跨境行銷企劃專員」,能與海外夥伴並肩推進專案,打造具話題性的社群操作,串聯異業資源。

同時,你也會參與品牌社群與短劇內容規劃,結合創意與數據,讓多元內容在國際舞台被更多人看見。

|職務內容|

▸ 跨境專案推進與合作洽談: 

主導或協助推動跨境行銷專案,包含日本線上與社群合作夥伴洽談與其他曝光合作規劃,拓展品牌在國際市場的聲量與影響力。

▸ 市場洞察與策略企劃: 

持續追蹤日本市場趨勢、短影音與短劇產業動態,分析競爭對手策略,提出具可執行性的行銷與合作方案。

▸ 社群營運與內容管理: 

同步管理多平台社群帳號(Facebook、Instagram、TikTok、YouTube 等),進行文案、短影音規劃與內容優化,並提出符合日本的的在地化策略。

▸ 跨部門與跨國協作:

能與不同部門及海外團隊緊密合作,協調或主動開發各方資源,推進專案落地並確保時程與效益。

▸  AI 工具應用與流程制定:

熟悉並靈活運用生成式 AI 與數位工具,優化素材生成、成效報表與各累專案執行流程,提升工作效率與產出規模化。

|任職資格|

如果您具備以下工作技能及工作經驗,請不要猶豫立即手刀提出申請:

  • 具備娛樂產業、行銷企劃經驗 3 年以上
  • 擅長 IG / TikTok / YouTube 平台操作,並對演算法、線上操作手段熟悉
  • 具備社群內容或短影音行銷經驗,對海外市場與跨境合作敏感
  • 擅長跨部門溝通協作,能夠統籌專案、解決問題,推進專案進度。

  • 對短劇、短影音產業有興趣或經驗,能結合內容與合作資源。
  • 具備日文市場行銷經驗,且有基礎日語溝通能力
  • 樂於嘗試新工具與 AI 應用,能將創意與效率結合。
