We are inviting passionate and highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team where you'll have the opportunity to get involved in many aspects of marketing from overall strategizing, right down to the execution.

As part of the marketing team, you will be focusing on generating leads, conversions, and building brand awareness of the company while analyzing data to identify opportunities and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase leads/conversions in our targeted demographic.
• Collaborate with team and internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of all marketing and promotion programs
• Craft and optimize website content/copywriting content for social media posts, ads, landing pages, blogs, and communications.
• Perform data analysis and gather insights
• Manage, update, and maintain social media platforms, SEO corporate websites, e-marketing campaign, SEM campaigns, eNewsletter.
• Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, tools, and innovations, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Preferably candidate with
  1- 3 year digital marketing experience and hands-on exposure in SEM/SEO. Fresh graduates who possess equivalent skill sets are encouraged to apply.
• Degree holder in Marketing or equivalent disciplines
• Preferably experience WordPress website development, social media management, copywriting, and creating landing pages.
• Able to multitask, work under time pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities in an ambiguous environment.
• Experience in coding (HTML/CSS) is a plus
• Experience in LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram advertising is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimum guidance
• Works well within a small team environment and can collaborate and/or coordinate with other internal departments and/or outside vendors
• Passion for digital marketing and media, consumer-centric, and a desire to learn new things.
• Pay good attention to detail and have an eye for good composition and layout.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese and English is a must, Cantonese is a plus
• Experience in managing Chinese website content is a plus
• Experience in marketing within the business consulting and accounting industries is a plus

Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday); 9.00am to 4.00pm (Friday)

資格條件:

• 具備1-3 年數位行銷經驗為佳,並具 SEM/SEO 實務操作經驗。鼓勵擁有同等技能的應屆畢業生申請。

• 擁有市場行銷或相關科系學位

• 具 WordPress 網站開發、社群媒體管理、文案撰寫及製作著陸頁經驗者佳

• 能同時處理多項工作、在時間壓力下運作,並能快速適應變動的優先順序

• 具備 HTML/CSS 編碼經驗者佳

• 具 LinkedIn / Facebook / Instagram 廣告經驗者佳

• 具備批判性思維與解決問題能力;主動積極,並能在最少指導下獨立完成工作

• 適應小型團隊環境,並能與其他內部部門及外部供應商協作

• 對數位行銷與媒體充滿熱情,以消費者為核心,並樂於學習新事物

• 注重細節,具備良好的版面美感與構圖感
