Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Supervise and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Guide the development, curation, and deployment of compelling digital content to attract and engage the target audience.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of the company's social media presence across all relevant platforms.
  • Lead the implementation of SEO strategies and collaborate on SEM / PPC campaigns to maximize online visibility and traffic.

Performance Analysis and Optimization

  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and customer touch points.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the data-driven conclusions.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and optimal user experience.
  • Manage and monitor digital campaign budgets and schedules.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendor partners as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven knowledge of content development and digital analytics tools.
  • High level of attention to detail, a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM platforms e.g., Salesforce is preferred.
