Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on SEO content writing to join the team. This role will support both PowerArena and our sister company MotherApp. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing content that strengthens our online presence, generates inbound leads, and improves our SEO performance in both Chinese and English-language markets.
In addition to working closely with the PowerArena team on B2B manufacturing and AI-related content, you will directly collaborate with the MotherApp team to improve SEO scores, explore new content opportunities, and expand visibility in separate but complementary industries.
This position is ideal for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking, has a passion for digital marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Research, write, and publish high-quality content across multiple channels, including SEO-optimized blogs, whitepapers, web pages, case studies, and DRIP email campaigns while coordinating with the operations team for execution and evaluating results.
- Audit and optimize existing content to improve keyword ranking, readability, and conversion.
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and lead generation goals.
- Conduct industry, competitor, and keyword research (including keyword mapping, regional keyword analysis, and trend identification) to uncover content opportunities.
- Apply SEO and digital marketing best practices to ensure content drives measurable impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, and engagement.
- Support multilingual content strategy with English as the core focus (Mandarin/other languages a plus).
- Use data tools to identify optimization opportunities and recommend content improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO best practices, content tools, and search engine algorithms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO content writing, digital marketing, or related roles (internship experience acceptable for junior applicants).
- Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly English content.
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO, keyword mapping, regional keyword research, and content optimization strategies.
- Hands-on experience with data and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- Strong research, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team.
- Interest in manufacturing, Industry 4.0, CRM, Loyalty Programs, Digital Marketing, Retail Technology, or AI-driven technology is a strong plus. Curiosity or experience in AI-powered marketing tools and customer engagement platforms will be highly valued.
