Responsibilities

【Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution】

  • Develop and execute overall digital marketing strategies, primarily focusing on
    Google and Meta
    platforms, supplemented by multi-media channels such as LINE, YouTube, and Programmatic advertising.
  • Establish advertising budgets and media schedules, continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ad efficiency.
  • Precisely define audience segmentation and retargeting lists, performing
    A/B Tests
    to optimize conversion rates.
  • Monitor the proposal and execution quality of ad creatives and
    Digital Campaigns
    , ensuring alignment with brand tone and expected results.
  • Continuously research travel industry trends to identify highly effective media mixes and enhance overall customer acquisition efficiency.

【Data Tracking & Performance Analysis】

  • Establish and optimize dashboards for
    GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio
    , enhancing the data tracking infrastructure.
  • Manage, track, and analyze campaign data from various ad platforms and the customer journey on the website, regularly producing advertising and traffic analysis reports.
  • Provide
    Actionable Insights
    and optimization suggestions, driving marketing decisions through data.

【Cross-Department Collaboration & Communication】

  • Collaborate closely with teams in Community/Social Media, Product Planning, Journey Planning, and Website Operations, coordinating resources to advance marketing projects.
  • Regularly provide marketing data insights to support the decision-making and planning of various departments.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years
    of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in the Taiwan digital advertising ecosystem and major ad channels (
    Google, Meta, LINE, YouTube
    ).
  • Expert-level operational skills with
    GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, and Meta Ads Manager
    .
  • Excellent advertising data analysis capabilities, able to translate data into concrete
    Actionable Insights
    .
  • Strong project management and cross-department communication/coordination skills.
