About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior External Relations Specialist
who understands the 3D printing and creator community. In this role, you'll build lasting partnerships with global designers and creators, turning their work into impactful promotional campaigns. You'll play a key role in growing
PIXUP
, Phrozen's 3D model platform, through collaboration, storytelling, and creative marketing execution.

What You'll Do

1. Designer Relations & Content Planning

  • Act as the main contact for PIXUP designers worldwide.
  • Understand their creative direction and transform their models into engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver visuals, copy, and promotional content that highlight their work.

2. Designer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators through channels such as email, Line, and WhatsApp.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure smooth collaboration and mutual growth.

3. Trend Analysis & Content Development

  • Stay informed about global 3D printing and creative trends.
  • Identify emerging themes and content needs, and propose potential designer collaborations to diversify the platform's portfolio.

4. KOC / KOL Partnerships & Project Management

  • Collaborate with both local and international KOCs/KOLs.
  • Develop partnership plans, budget recommendations, and tier structures.
  • Prepare campaign briefs and communication materials aligned with product launch timelines.
  • Work closely with partners to ensure timely content delivery and maximize exposure and engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience in creator relations, community management, or marketing in a creative or tech-related field (3D printing experience is a plus).
  • Strong project coordination and communication skills.
  • Professional proficiency in both
    English and Mandarin Chinese
    — native fluency is not required, but you should be comfortable working in both languages daily.
  • Passion for digital creation, design communities, and emerging creative technologies.
