Phrozen, established in 2016 by Taiwanese 3D printing enthusiasts, creates professional consumer-friendly 3D printers for industrial, medical, and personal use. After successfully running Kickstarter campaigns, Phrozen has expanded to the U.S., Europe, Japan, South Korea, and beyond. Our clientele includes professionals in the dental and jewelry industries, as well as digital model creators. We are committed to innovative advancements in 3D printing technology.

Role Description

Are you a student looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-growing tech company? We've just launched our internship program and are looking for a Marketing Project Intern who's eager to learn, take initiative, and grow alongside our global team. At Phrozen, you'll gain first-hand exposure to how a tech brand runs marketing campaigns, launches products, and communicates with users worldwide — all while building your own skills in project coordination, marketing operations, and cross-functional teamwork.

This internship is designed to be a long-term opportunity — you'll receive full-time, hands-on training during the winter vacation, shift to a flexible hybrid schedule once the semester begins, and if you perform well,
we'd love to offer you a full-time role after graduation.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with Marketing Projects: Help coordinate product launches, campaigns, and branding projects. Communicate with teams from Design, E-commerce, Product Marketing, and Sales to keep projects on track.
  • Support Trade Shows & Events: Help prepare materials (print, demo units, booth content) for local and international exhibitions.
  • Help with Product Launch Materials: Support the creation of launch content like product pages, video scripts, presentations, and internal/external communications.
  • Manage Website & Content: Assist with content uploads (e.g., Shopify/WordPress), and organize creative and marketing files.

Who You Are

  • A university student (or above), based in or able to commute to Hsinchu.
  • Comfortable communicating in both English and Mandarin – we're an international team working with global markets.
  • Proactive, willing to learn, and not afraid to try new things – you'll be exposed to a wide range of tasks and real marketing challenges.
  • Curious about tech and open to learning about 3D printing – no prior experience required
  • Able to manage your time and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity or background in marketing, design, or project management is a big plus.
  • Experience with tools like Shopify, Notion, Trello, or Figma is also a bonus.
  • Location: Xiangshan District, Hsinchu City (near Xiangshan Elementary School)

Work Hours

  • On-site Training: Regular 9-5 during the winter vacation
  • Post-Winter Vacation Work Style: 3 office days/week (flexible schedule), up to 20 hours/week
