Job Summary

We're looking for a senior-level marketing technology specialist to optimize and support our existing HubSpot system, strengthen its integration with Salesforce, and support the digital marketing team with GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) tracking. This role will ensure system stability, data accuracy, and scalability to enable end-to-end funnel visibility and efficient global marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the HubSpot Administrator, optimizing and maintaining configuration, workflows, lifecycle stages, and properties.
  • Collaborate with the global Salesforce team and HubSpot vendors to monitor and improve HubSpot–Salesforce integration and data synchronization.
  • Support lead lifecycle management, funnel tracking, and pipeline attribution reporting for regional marketing teams and Marketing leadership.
  • Build and maintain reusable email and landing page templates in HubSpot (basic HTML/CSS capability required).
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager on GA4 and Google Tag Manager configuration, and assist in managing global GA4 & GTM accounts.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Provide training, best practices, and documentation for regional marketing teams.
  • Deliver expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for the marketing technology stack, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in a B2B marketing environment.
  • Experience working with multi-region / global marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with data governance, deduplication, and marketing database management.
  • Experience customizing HubSpot emails and landing pages (HTML/CSS).
  • Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong communication skills for working with marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot certifications.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations relevant to marketing automation.
