Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., currently seeking applicants for a Reliability Engineer / Sr. Reliability Engineer. Responsible for resolving product reliability problem to meet the customer requirement Calibration and inspection of measuring and manufacturing equipment to control the accuracy of measuring and manufacturing equipment in conformance with prescribed technical requirements.

What You Will Be Doing

• Plan and execute reliability test schedules, capacity planning, and routine equipment check/troubleshooting
• Prepare, review, and revise quality and reliability specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve reliability issues to meet customer requirements
• Calibrate and inspect measurement/manufacturing equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide leadership and support to team members to drive department performance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per company policies
• Establish calibration control procedures and manage related schedules and reports

What You Will Bring Along

• At least 3 years experience as process engineer in semiconductor assembly house preferred.
• English capability in reading, speaking.
