Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Associate/ Senior Engineer/Engineer at DSCO Group, based in the Hong Kong or Taipei–Keelung Metropolitan area with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves planning, designing, commissioning, and overseeing the delivery of M&E systems for mission-critical projects, particularly data centers and high-end banking. Responsibilities will include conducting technical analyses, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with both regulatory and client-specific requirements. Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) system design, project coordination, and commissioning.
  • 8-10 year experience with mission-critical facilities, such as data centers, including an understanding of redundancy and resilience requirements, is a great advantage
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with regional or international standards and regulations for M&E systems is a plus.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered position of senior engineer/engineer
