Job Description:
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist with proven expertise in managing English-language platforms and driving engagement within the iGaming industry. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in running campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee daily operations of English-language channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter), ensuring brand voice, tone, and messaging remain consistent.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and success metrics specific to the iGaming sector.
  • Content Localization: Collaborate with agencies and regional partners to adapt global content for diverse Asian markets, balancing cultural nuance with brand consistency.
  • Agency & Partner Coordination: Direct and manage external agencies, influencers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and high-quality localized content.
  • Performance & Optimization: Leverage automation tools, AI solutions, and analytics dashboards to measure results, optimize engagement, and maximize ROI.
  • Budget Management: Take full ownership of social media budgets, allocating resources efficiently to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Innovation & Trendspotting: Continuously monitor evolving social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital tools to keep the brand at the forefront of industry engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance. Translate data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and ensure KPIs are met.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Demonstrated success in social media management within the iGaming industry, ideally covering multiple Asian markets.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with agencies and local partners for content localization and execution.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; knowledge of an additional Asian language is a plus.
  • Strong creative mindset, capable of crafting compelling storytelling and building engaged online communities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced, international work environment.
