one.督導轄下多媒體行銷人員落實作業準則,銷售前KYC評估,確認銷售商品適妥性,銷售流程控管、售後服務、風險點評估訓練及協調銷售爭議案件。

two.日常演練銷售技巧,對於轄下多媒體行銷人員進行培訓輔導,提高績效目標達成率。

3.依公司政策妥善分配客戶資源,定期追蹤業務活動量與績效。

4.促成團隊合作達成年度目標。

工作內容:
one. Team業績目標設定與管理

two. VFA人力招募與定著

  1. VFA銷售品質的控管

  2. 輔導VFA銷售技巧與銷售流程

  3. 出勤及活動量管理

需求條件:

  • 大學(大專)以上學歷,具人身保險業務員資格且具投資型或外幣保單銷售資格
  • 具理財型商品銷售經驗至少兩年以上
  • 具面銷經驗至少兩年以上
  • 金融保險業相關業務管理經驗至少三年以上
