*【 What You'll Do 】*

  • 社群內容企劃與執行

  • 目標:強化社群媒體運營,擴大品牌聲量

  • 企劃:負責Instagram、Threads、Facebook 等社群平台的內容規劃與議題操作
  • 內容製作:製作貼文,包含圖文和短影音剪輯

  • 運營:管理私訊及貼文留言

  • 數據分析與優化:

  • 定期分析社群數據,提供帳號表現洞察與優化建議

  • 根據平台演算法與市場趨勢,靈活調整內容策略,增強粉絲黏著度與品牌知名度

  • 跨部門協作:

  • 與電商、產品、設計、客服夥伴合作,主動提供社群洞察,助力行銷成效最大化

*【Who You Are】*

  • 3 年以上社群行銷經驗,具備成熟的內容規劃及策略能力
  • 豐富的執行經驗,能獨立製作社群貼文並持續優化成效
  • 近半年有實際管理品牌社群帳號經驗,並熟悉 IG 、Threads 的溝通邏輯
  • 優秀的內容創作能力、審美力、數據敏感度
  • 熟悉 CapCut(剪映)、Canva,會其他編輯軟體加分
  • 平時工作有使用AI提升效率的習慣,如ChatGPT、AI agent
  • 喜歡主動嘗試、擅長溝通協作,優秀的自律和時間管理能力
  • 喜歡毛小孩,有養寵物經驗者優先
