As the Multimedia Designer for Anytime Fitness Taiwan, you will bring our brand to life through creative, engaging, and impactful designs. From digital content and social media visuals to in-club displays and event materials, your work will inspire and connect with our community. This role calls for a mix of creativity and technical skill, proficiency in graphic design tools, video editing, and content creation is key. A good sense of brand storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt designs for different platforms will help you thrive. Experience working in fast-paced environments is a plus, as you'll often be turning ideas into reality quickly.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責

  • Create engaging brand-aligned multimedia content (images, videos, copy) for platforms including but not limited to: website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. (製作符合品牌形象的多媒體內容(圖片、影片、文案),應用於官網與社群平台(如 Facebook、Instagram、LinkedIn、YouTube)。
  • Produce photos and videos including layout, photography, editing, color correction, animation, and sound design. 平面與影片製作(排版設計、攝影、剪輯、動畫、調色、配樂等)。
  • Translate and localize captions, subtitles, and copy for media content. 圖片與影片字幕、文案撰寫與翻譯。
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing plans. 根據行銷計劃製作每月社群內容與排程日曆。
  • Manage and engage with community across digital platforms: respond to inquiries, partnerships, feedback, and comments. 管理社群平台,處理查詢、合作、投訴,並與粉絲互動。
  • Collaborate with cross-country teams to deliver creative assets for campaigns and operations. 與跨國團隊合作,支援行銷活動或營運需求的設計。
  • Support internal design needs from other departments or markets. 協助其他部門或地區的視覺設計需求。
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to create content for our Taiwan audience. 與網紅合作,創作針對台灣目標客群的內容。
  • Monitor competitor digital content and activities across local and regional markets.觀察本地與區域競品在數位上的活動與內容。
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and media technology. 持續更新設計趨勢與媒體技術。

QUALIFICATIONS 需求條件

  • (Preferred) 1–2 years of experience in digital agencies, fitness, or consumer-facing services.(加分)1-2 年廣告/行銷/健身或消費服務產業經驗。
  • Excellent command of both English and Mandarin. 中英文聽說讀寫流利。
  • Strong skills in design, photo/video production and editing across platforms. 擅長視覺設計、拍攝與剪輯,能應對不同平台需求。
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and user-focused. 自主、自律、重視目標對象。
  • Proven ability to create impactful digital content with measurable results. 有經驗製作吸引群眾、提高互動與轉換的社群內容。
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro. 熟悉 Adobe Photoshop、Premiere、After Effects、Final Cut Pro 等軟體。
  • Knowledge of best practices for digital ad creatives. 了解廣告素材製作技巧與成效優化方式。
  • Trend-conscious and design-savvy. 具備符合趨勢的設計美感。
  • Strong problem-solving and self-learning skills. 有獨立學習與解決問題的能力。
