The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to identify and engage with international partners to expand the company's global presence in the study abroad sector. Based in Taiwan, you will explore collaboration opportunities around the world—developing emerging markets, discovering potential partnerships, and driving strategic business growth through analytical and creative thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities both domestically and overseas to drive business growth and support company expansion.
  • Manage and execute end-to-end business development projects, from strategy planning to implementation, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Act as a bridge between schools,
    international partners
    , and
    company
    to foster collaborative, win-win partnerships.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing partner relationships to ensure long-term cooperation and mutual growth.
  • Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities and ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong English proficiency for international coordination.
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
