Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Business Planning and Taiwan Business Operation teams. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in molding the future of Micron's operations in Taiwan.

This position offers an outstanding opportunity to lead a dedicated team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and influence the strategic direction of our business.

  • Enable OMT performance through sound strategy recommendations and detailed discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Shape operations footprint and capabilities by benchmarking performances across the network.
  • Support the management team in completing strategies aligned with business goals and visions.
  • Lead initiatives to support Micron's success and business value.
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the OMT PMO.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the PMO.

  • Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to drive initiatives and successfully implement change.
