Leadership development is a crucial aspect of our business strategy.

Our Regional Management Trainee Program is an accelerated journey designed for graduates to develop their full potential and become future business leaders.

This 18-month program provides hands-on experience in various business environments through job rotations, blended learning activities, management mentoring, corporate training, and special projects.

Participants will work closely with experienced mentors and have numerous opportunities to connect with senior leaders, RMT alumni, and fellow trainees.

Successful graduates of the program will be offered a landing role in the company, paving the way for advancement to Manager or Senior Manager positions within 2-5 years.

Key Business Functions:

• Operations: Our team delivers results-driven solutions for global retail clients, providing hands-on experience on the warehouse floor.
• We offer behind-the-scenes exposure during major online campaigns, guaranteeing a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree from any discipline with a good GPA
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of working experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, drive to succeed, and proactive attitude
• Passion for the Supply Chain industry
• Good spoken and written English language skills
