As a Principal/Sr. Manager, Process Innovation, you will lead initiatives for cost reduction/process innovation within the fulfillment centre network for all FCs. You will deliver cost goals and other key KPIs assigned, set up and streamline processes across all Fulfillment centres, and undertake RCA for issues and solving complex operational problems.

You will also do deep dives on recurring issues and bring a systematic closure to those issues. Additionally, you will review and improve processes in all function areas or new identified levers in the event of breakdown/disruption for Tech issues, external issues and internal operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Design, or equivalent degree/experience. You should have 7+ years of experience in process enhancement, project management, and problem-solving.

Essential skills include excellent communication and storytelling skills, experience in working and collaborating with diverse teams in a rapidly growing environment, and ability to analyze data, provide insight, and apply solution.

Preferred qualifications include ability to show commitment at work and exert leadership, ability to mentor junior and senior engineers, and fluent English communication.
