Supply Chain Management Leader

We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive the success of our Supply Chain Management (Control Tower) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, manufacturing, or production management and be able to develop and implement comprehensive performance dashboards to drive business results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring key operational metrics related to service performance, assessing service risks, and deploying levers to avoid or mitigate them. They will also build and update playbooks to deliver service recovery with changing scenarios and scaling business for internal and external supply chain/business events.

Additionally, the candidate will program manage with cross-functional stakeholders to problem solve major issues, anchor all major peak events, track readiness across assets, and manage event performance on service, speed, and cost. Automation of Control tower monitoring and recovery lever execution at scale will also be a key responsibility.

We require a minimum of 8 years of work experience in a relevant field, with a strong background in process management and improvement. Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in MS Office is required.
