Chief Supply Chain Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Supply Chain Management team as Principal/Senior Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and monitoring comprehensive performance dashboards to track key operational metrics.
• Assessing service risks and deploying levers to avoid or mitigate them.
• Building and updating playbooks to deliver service recovery with changing scenarios and scaling business for internal and external supply chain/business events.
• Program managing with cross-functional stakeholders to problem solve major issues.
• Anchoring all major peak events, tracking readiness across assets and managing event performance on service, speed and cost.
• Automating Control Tower monitoring and recovery lever execution at scale.
• Contributing to core product design and upgrades to improve supply chain reliability/speed.
• Developing improvement roadmaps for Service metrics like OOS, NYS, ExSD, CPT miss etc.
• Deploying Predictive Analytics and setting processes for effective management of CT operations.
• Supporting in national fulfillment center network design, optimal throughput calculation and load balancing between the fulfillment centers.
• Conducting reviews of fulfillment center operational processes and identifying ways to boost productivity by optimizing manpower and reducing process lead time.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 8+ years of work experience in logistics, manufacturing, production management, distribution management, business analysis or any similar area.
• Experience in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Research or equivalent area preferred.
• Business Fluent English Skill.
• Resume in English is required.

The following skills and qualifications would be advantageous:

• Experience with process management and improvement.
• Anyone with reporting experience using Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Anyone with SQL knowledge.
• Those who are proficient in MS Office.
• A person with a high level of understanding of E-commerce or logistics services in general.
• Those with a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering.
