Job Summary:

• Minimize legal risks by establishing compliance measures and resolving issues.
• Contribute to stable growth by responding to and resolving external legal cases.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to minimize unnecessary Employee Relations issues.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in response to labor laws issues, management of rewards and discipline, operation of personnel committees, audit, operation of labor-management committees, and VOC responses.
• Expertise in labor laws, General understanding of HR personnel management.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, HR or related field required.
• Flexible communication skills.
• Certified Public Labor Attorney (Preferred).
• Fluent in English (Preferred).
