Job Summary:

As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care and first aid to employees. You will conduct health assessments and medical screenings to monitor employee well-being, offer counseling and health education, and maintain confidentiality of employee health records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate care and first aid to employees in case of workplace injuries or illnesses.
• Conduct regular health assessments and medical screenings to identify potential health risks.
• Develop and implement occupational health programs aligned with local regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of employee health data and reports.
• Collaborate with EHS teams to design and implement health surveillance programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse (RN) with valid credentials in Taiwan.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational health, corporate healthcare, or a related medical field.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan's workplace health regulations and occupational health standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced certification in Occupational Health Nursing or Public Health.
• Experience in an industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ergonomic assessment tools and workplace health promotion programs.
