Global Logistics Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Logistics Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and customs clearance systems, ensuring seamless logistics operations and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in WMS and customs clearance system operation and maintenance, as well as proficiency in English writing and reading. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage WMS and customs clearance systems to ensure efficient and accurate processing of shipments.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve logistics processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in WMS and customs clearance system operation and maintenance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English.
