Project Management Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project.

  • Conducts periodic reviews to ensure the project is on track and conducts post-project reviews.

  • Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis.

  • Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.

  • Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications.

Requirements:

  • At least 8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in the PC/mobile phone industry.

  • Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup.

  • Ability to drive for result; manage changes, conflicts and drive for innovation initiatives.

  • Good communication skills; Fluent English.

  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment; work effectively with senior management; Detail oriented.
