Job Overview:

A Senior Infrastructure Engineering Lead is responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure systems, leading system upgrades and the implementation of new technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, service delivery, and support, with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement infrastructure systems.
  • Lead system upgrades and the implementation of new technologies.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and provide advanced technical support.
  • Mentor and train Junior Infrastructure Engineers.
  • Implement and maintain security controls on systems (user endpoints, servers, appliances) and networks (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, F5, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member.
