Senior Substrate Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Substrate Design Engineer to join our team and support the development of innovative MEMS sensor products.

This role will focus on substrate design, layout creation, and substrate technologies development in close collaboration with international teams and external suppliers.

  2. Design and create substrate layouts for MEMS sensor and ASIC devices, including the definition of design rules and management of the bill of materials.
  3. Coordinate sample manufacturing activities with substrate suppliers and assembly partners.
  4. Actively engage in cross-functional collaboration with international teams; strong English communication is essential.
">Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven technical experience in substrate layout design and substrate technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with design software for substrate or PCB design, including Cadence Allegro Package Designer, CAM350, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a self-directed role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with demonstrated experience in global collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for technical discussions is preferred.
