The Opportunity:

We are seeking an ambitious, motivated professional to join our team as a Partner Onboarding Associate. As a Fintech-passionate individual looking to broaden your skill set at a fast-growing company, you will be responsible for building up trading relationships with global partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process ensuring the collection and processing of corporate and personal confidential information in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding proactively track account progress and leverage problem-solving skills to address complex cases ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Contribute to the company's strategy by helping to build global banking systems and payment connections in a dynamic fintech environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in client onboarding/KYC-focused roles or other relevant fields. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin including reading writing and speaking.
  • Detail-oriented mindset to collect and process corporate and personal confidential information ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for internal teams and partners.
  • Appetite for a fast-moving fintech environment to build global banking systems and payment connections in line with the company's strategy.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with strong skills in task evaluation prioritization and multitasking.
