We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Finance Leadership Development Program.

Job Description

This two-and-a-half-year global program is designed to develop future leaders in Finance. Participants will be placed in positions where they will be challenged, learning core accounting and financial analysis skills. Throughout the program, participants will have opportunities to learn and demonstrate leadership skills, such as teamwork, risk-taking, and initiative.

The program includes five weeks of training, taught by internal management and external instructors. Training covers areas critical to success at our organization, including written and oral presentation skills, problem-solving techniques, analytical skills, leadership skills, and more.

As a participant in this program, you will be exposed to various business environments and interactions with senior management. You will also acquire systems knowledge and technical expertise in widely used financial planning and reporting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support overall forecasting, planning, and analysis activities for designated stakeholders within Business Unit Finance.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting and performance analytics work products.
  • Prepare budget preparation work by updating financials for planning cycle and performing statistical trend analysis.
  • Leverage data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Alteryx, to gain insights and make informed decisions.
  • Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or prior experience with data analytics tools.
  • Motivated and high-potential performers with outstanding leadership capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence and integrity.
  • Proficiency in both English and Korean.
