Product Operations Senior Engineer Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Create strategies for global operations based on product plans and roadmaps
- Utilize metrics to improve production quality throughout the program's life cycle
- Ensure readiness for shipment through the product development model
- Drive quality improvements by identifying and mitigating defect sources in design, supplier, and manufacturing processes
- Communicate technical analysis, program status, and deliverables to executives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field with 6-10 years of experience or equivalent work experience
- Able to develop action plans to reduce manufacturing transformation costs, cycle time, and improve quality
- Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects/issues
- Mandatory proficiency in Mandarin language
