Senior Product Development Lead

We oversee modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of products or product lines. To ensure seamless delivery, we're experts in project management, from initiation to completion, and collaborate with other departments on technical matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct the efforts of others to achieve strategic and operational objectives. Leverage technical expertise to drive teams toward customer-centric design solutions.
- Coordinate intra- and inter-organizational activities to deliver products/programs/projects on schedule and within budget constraints. Ensure effective communication with Marketing, Finance, Services, Quality, Factory Operations, Procurement, and Program Management.
- Lead extended teams, ensuring they are informed and aligned with all activities necessary for product/project success. Manage project execution and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and address gaps in go-to-market technical collateral. Develop budgets, schedules, and performance requirements for team members. Build long-term development and succession plans.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 8+ years of leadership experience.
- Advanced technology/engineering skills related to design, test, and quality.
- Strong understanding of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions.
